In this Privacy Policy, “Hurga” refers to Hurga LLC and its “Affiliates”, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. We may also refer to Hurga as “we” or “us”.
Hurga is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and provide them a better social gaming experiences (“users” or “you”).

We may collect the following information when you sign up with or use a Hurga Service. We may receive and store any information you submit to our Services (or otherwise authorize us to obtain – for example, from your Facebook account). If you access a Hurga Service via a third-party social networking site (“Social Game”), Hurga may receive information about your social networking site profile, including without limitation the information you make publicly available, your social networking site user ID, your first, last and user names, profile and cover photos. If you invite new members into your Social Games network or send messages through Social Games, we may collect the information associated with those messages, including your friends’ social networking site user IDs, email addresses and content.
When you download or access our Service via a mobile device, we and our service providers may receive information about your geolocation (based on your IP address) and your mobile device, including various unique identifiers associated with your device, hardware type, the version of your operating system and your in-game activity. We and our service providers may use this information to provide you with personalized advertising and other content, including advertising and content based on your location.
How Does Hurga Use Information It Collects?
The main use of the information we collect and store is to provide a better gaming experience, but there are other uses as well. The uses for which we collect and store your information may include:
* to operate, improve and optimize our Services and our user’s experiences;
* to create your game accounts and allow you to play our games;
* to identify and suggest connections with other Hurga users and personalize our Services to you;
* to enable users to communicate with each other;

How Hurga Share Your Information
Hurga may provide personal information to the applicable Partners and third parties (in other words, parties other than Hurga) or allow third parties to collect this information from our Services in the following circumstances:
* Analytical Services: We use analytical services and other tools (such as Google Analytics) which enable us to collect your IP address or other identifier, usage data relating to Service as well as information on your device properties. Based on this data we may create statistics, provide better services to our customers as well as analyze and further develop our products and services.
* Ad Servings: We and our Partners may use ad serving technology to provide advertisements of interest to you within the Services (for example within the iOS application). In this connection we and our Partners may collect and use information about you, such as your service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, coarse geo-location information and IP address. Our Partners' use of your personal information is subject to the Partner’s separate privacy policy – and not this Privacy Policy.
* Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party companies to perform its services, like processing payments, analyzing data, optimizing game play, e-mail delivery, hosting services, managing and delivering contextual and tailored advertisements. We contractually require these third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information we share with them, and we contractually require them not use your information for anything other than to provide services on our behalf.
* Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if Hurga, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Hurga goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. As described above, Hurga shares information for the business purposes that are described and allows third parties to access information about your use of the Hurga Services through tracking technologies. Hurga do not treat these relationships as “sales” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Conditions of Use
If you decide to use or otherwise access the Service, your use/access and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of New Jersey state law.
Policy Regarding Persons Under 21
Unless written otherwise, our games are intended for use by those 21 or older for amusement purposes only. Without derogating from the foregoing, Hurga does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 should not use our websites or games at any time. If Hurga learns that a person under the age of 18 has provided it with personal information, Hurga will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
Third Party Applications/Websites
The Service may permit you to link to other applications or websites. Such third party applications/websites are not under Hurga's control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by Hurga of those other applications/websites or the services offered through them. The privacy and security practices of such third party application/websites linked to the Service are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and Hurga is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.
What Personal Information Can I Access?
Hurga allows you to access the information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via support email address, support@hurgallc.com:

Change/correct any data we have about you.
Have us delete any data we have about you.
Express any concerns you have about our use of your data.
If you no longer want Hurga to make active use of your personal information, you can submit a request for deletion of your personal information that Hurga holds about you via support email address, support@hurgallc.com. Once we receive your request, we may verify it through your account or by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices except where permitted by law. For example, some of the functionality and features available on the Hurga Services may change or no longer be available to you if you have requested that we delete your information.
Opting Out of Third Party Tailored Advertising
In some games (that serves third party ads) we have toggle button enabling to disable the Third Party tailored ads. These opt-out tools are provided by third parties, not Hurga. Hurga does not control, operate, or endorse these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools. They are listed here only as a convenience for users. In addition, if you do not want to receive tailored in-application advertisements from third parties that relate to your interests in apps on your mobile device, you may opt-out by adjusting the ad tracking settings on your device.

Hurga may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and Hurga encourages you to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses or otherwise accesses the Service after such changes have been first posted.
